Join us for a fun morning outside with the Portland Botanical Gardens. Help pull weeds and pick up litter (including an unknown amount of golf balls) at the McCormick & Baxter Superfund site. Meet at 9am at the McCormick & Baxter Superfund site. Street address: 6700 N Van Houten Pl, Portland, OR 97203. Park at the University of Portland lot across the street from the McCormick & Baxter entrance. Need to bring: - Work gloves - Work boots or outdoor shoes - Water bottle - Sun/inclement weather gear (cap, rain jacket, etc.) OPTIONAL: Hand tools (pruning saw/shears, weed screw/cutter, trowel/small shovel, tec.).
